Helena Grossberg, MBA
Ms. Grossberg is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. She is an impartial neutral and listens to the parties in a dispute carefully and objectively.
Her role is to allow the principal participants in a mediation session to present their arguments and help them realize they can be a part of the solution and can find a resolution together, rather than leaving the case to a court to decide for them.
Helena brings more than twenty years of business and negotiation experience to her role as a mediator, with key strengths focused on her ability to build interpersonal relationships with her peers and colleagues and her ability to act with kindness and compassion.
